On-Site In-Shop Delivery
We will work on your sick computer either at your location, or at ours! If you are having trouble getting your system in to our shop, but have a problem that would take too long to fix on-site: No problem!
We provide a full pick-up and delivery service for your sick computer! Call us to schedule an on-site or pick-up of your equipment.
Software
We provide installation, configuration, and trouble-shooting of all software packages. Before we work on your computer we back up your critical information. If you've lost data, we can try and get it back. We can also show you how to not lose it again.
Hardware
We provide full hardware testing, diagnostics and repair. Our staff handles complete system and upgrade sales, whether you wish to upgrade your current system, buy a new proprietary system, or have us build you a customized machine. We service all makes and models of desktops as well as notebooks and laptops.
Training
We provide one-on-one or group training for most popular software programs, computer techniques and general computer usage. We specialize in the first time, older or nervous user providing confidence when using new technology.
Virus and Spyware Removal
We detect and remove harmful bugs that try to damage your computer. We use our Bulletproofing software package and include instructions to prevent future attacks and keep your computer clean.

Do I need to arrange an appointment? Appointments need to be arranged for on-sites but not for in-shop services. |
How long do repairs usually take? Most computer are fixed and ready to be picked up within the first 48 hours but it depends on the severity of the problem. |

What form of payment do you accept? Payment is due at time of pick-up. We accept cash, debit, cheque, and most credit cards. |
What if I'm from out of town? Don't live in Thunder Bay but still need support? Not a problem! You can always ship your system in, and we can ship it back to you in working order. Please call ahead for more information and pricing for out-of-town work. |
